Comprehensive Workplace First Aid

This popular 1-day first aid course meets the requirements to administer first aid at work, and also helps keep your family and community safe.  By practicing skills in scenarios, you will gain the confidence to provide first aid when an accident or emergency occurs.

It meets the guidelines from WorkSafe New Zealand (2020) and is highly recommended for the majority of workplaces.  It includes 8-hours class time plus 4-hours of self-study.

This first aid class includes all course content from the Basic Workplace First Aid Course, plus additional 2.5 hours class time. The additional time covers the NZQA unit standard 6400 and includes head and spinal injuries, medical emergencies and multiple casualties.

Eligible for NZQA unit standards 6400, 6401 and 6402.

It will give you a First Aid certificate that is valid for 2 years. You must recertify this course every 2 years.
