This 4-hour course is ideal for anyone wanting to learn basic life support such as resuscitation and techniques to manage choking.

This is a practical course in which you will spend 75% of the time practicing the techniques for CPR and choking.

This certified course concentrates on the lifesaving skills of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, which is rescue breathing together with chest (i.e. heart) compressions.

If you have taken the CPR First Aid course (from any provider) in the last 2 years, you will need to resit our CPR First Aid Course to remain current- click here for more information.

To be eligible, you will need to be over the age of 14 and want to learn about CPR and choking to be a certified first aider.

This course includes CPR training on adults, children and infants, AED demonstration and techniques to assist with choking.

Public first aid classes - you can book online here and choose a day that is convenient for you. Our courses run from 8.30am to 5.30pm with weekday and weekend courses available. These are sessions for individuals wanting to join a public class. If you are looking for your business or a group, we recommend making an onsite group booking. See below.
