Prepare your workplace fire wardens to confidently manage fire emergencies. This course is designed to equip wardens with the knowledge and skills to perform their roles effectively in line with your company’s fire evacuation plan.
If you would like these credits logged with NZQA, please provide your National Student Number (NSN) and your date of birth to your MediTrain Instructor.
After completing the course, attendees will receive a Fire and Emergency Warden in the Workplace certificate. To maintain competency, regular refresher training is recommended every two years, depending on your industry’s requirements.
Public First Aid Classes:

For bookings of 8 or more people, businesses or groups, we offer onsite fire warden training at your workplace. Contact us to arrange a customised training session.
Covers the roles and responsibilities of fire wardens in line with Fire and Emergency New Zealand (FENZ) regulations.
Practical training to give your team the confidence to manage fire risks and safely evacuate the workplace.
Available onsite at your workplace or one of our public course locations.
Option to combine this course with Fire Extinguisher Training for a full day of fire safety education and money.
